I bought this to serve coffee in my office and was looking for something electric that would be easy to pour. It arrived a little crumpled but the company was very responsive and helped me quickly. The filling is smooth except for a few inches, which is good for my basic needs. The heating mechanism is fast and the plastic base allows me to set it up easily depending on the pour and eject times. Kettle that allows you to set the temperature specifically. At first I didn't think I cared, but as I got more and more into brewing, I realized that I'd probably be better off saving a bit more and buying a kettle to brew some in can beer. adjustments. A word of caution, if it's fair to call it, is that this company is called Osaka and appears to be playing on Japan's image of making quality coffee stocks, but is actually made in China. This may not matter to the average user, but I think it's worth mentioning. However, I have no major doubts. The kettle is cheap and serves its purpose. I will continue to use it with pleasure and if I ever upgrade to a kettle that can set my temperature I will make sure this kettle ends up in a good home.
