Not only did my rug arrive a few days earlier than expected, this rug got to me very well packaged! I was so excited I grabbed it as soon as the courier got into his truck. The carpet and colors are the same as in the photo. A good thickness is enough for me. My problem is the smell whatever particles are on the carpet and it has a terrible crease. I laid this rug down and was very excited, but after several hours trying to remove the crease we gave up. Pad will not come out for anything in the world. I might have to sit on it very heavy for a week or so since it's new. But my BIGGEST problem is the particles we saw flying through the room on our night vision camera. I have a small child with epilepsy so we have cameras in every bedroom. Dust or similar cannot be seen with the naked eye, but the camera caught everything. It scared me. I knew the carpet had an awful chemical and dirty smell but I wasn't expecting those particles. My eyes are itchy but my skin seems fine. We have carpets in our other bedrooms and have never seen this before. I posted a video. So the appearance is 4 stars with clumps and smell but the particles reduced it to 2.
