I like that it's easy to use, has many features in one place (including group chats), as well as encryption options available when using its mobile apps or web interface. The price point of $4 per month can be prohibitively expensive if you're not sure how much business will come your way. It also doesn't have an option to pay monthly instead of yearly so we had to make some tough choices about what our budget could handle each year. We've been able to communicate with clients without having them know who else was involved by sending messages via wickr rather than emailing attachments. This helps us keep things more professional while still being transparent enough where they don't feel spied upon. In addition, this allows me to work from home since my office isn't very conducive to working remotely at times due to noise levels/etc., but even though there are no physical meetings between employees, everyone feels included because emails aren't always effective.
