The box itself feels solid and is large. We wanted to use it to lock kids' screens after business hours or until they take them to work. I didn't want a model with a key where they could find the key (or that I had to search for the key every time). However, this lock is not easy or quick to use. The numbers are difficult to read and do not scroll smoothly. We will be moving to a biometric lock combined with a cabinet drawer mounting bracket. However, I'll probably see if the family would like this device rather than taking it apart and sending it back as it's a decent solution at this price point.
