The ponchos were thin, flimsy, and overall disappointing. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that these would not be reliable in a real emergency. The only pro was that they were cheap. The cons were numerous - they easily tore, did not effectively protect from the rain, and were not durable for multiple uses. I would not recommend these for anyone who is serious about preparing for an emergency. Stick to reliable brands in the Tools and Home Improvement category.
