Excellent lamp for the price. Looks good and works as expected but is clearly not a high-end device. A few design cues are a bit lacking, and it doesn't seem like it'll hold up unless you want something that can be tweaked regularly. It feels like you could accidentally bend it if you're too rough when cleaning or installing. From afar it looks like a $300 light and less than half the price. I would have given 5 stars but 1/2 of the bulbs were broken in the packaging. I didn't care as I was planning to switch to LEDs, which I did. One of the glass balls was also broken and customer service sent it direct to me for free with no questions asked or hassle. It must have broken at the factory as neither the box of the device nor the Amazon box was damaged and the device itself had no damage. So 5 stars for the service but they lost points for damage not found before shipping.
