Review on 🧼 Piaa 97065 Si-Tech Silicone Wiper Blade - 26-inch 650mm (1-Pack) - Enhanced SEO by Charles Phillips

The first driver's side wiper broke a week after installation (see attached photo). They're made of thin plastic, no thicker than a coin. The seller sent a replacement due to a defect. The replacement lasted just over a month before crashing while driving down the street with the wipers on. These wipers slide in easily but don't snap into place like Bosch Icons do. I thought maybe I didn't install them correctly, but the PIAA installation videos show exactly how I installed them. They just slide over a standard Civic. As with other reviews, this product does not fit properly. Some people say they even superglue them to keep them in place. It is clear that this is a big problem. I'm just glad I wasn't on the freeway. My blade on the driver's side is 26 inches and on the passenger side is 18 inches. There are no problems on the passenger side, but the driver's side does not seem to be suitable for such dimensions, weight and flexibility. As for silicone, it works great. It is quiet, leaves no streaks and even has water-repellent properties. Unfortunately it's not worth the money for such a low quality product. Safety is not important to me when it comes to quiet "Longlife" silicone wipers.
