Review on 🚰 Honeywell Home RWD42/A Water Defense Water Leak Alarm Sensor with Sensing Cable, Rwd42, White by Reginald Hamilton

I bought three of these devices. Right out of the box, the test button doesn't work on two. The third didn't open. There are no instructions other than those on the back of the box. Technical support is sorely lacking. I managed to repeat my name, phone number and email address multiple times. So if it's a "communication" with tech support, consider it a success. Oh, and I listened to all kinds of shitty music in the elevator as I was taken to one person after another.
