I bought this bed about 11 months ago based on reviews and am posting one so others can see this bed within 1 year of use. The original bed fit his bill and was comfortable. However, after about 3 months I noticed that the coil springs were poking into my body and you could still feel the individual springs, resulting in a poor night's sleep. I have sent an email to the email address provided. for warranties and have not received anything back to date. I'll post as soon as I get an answer. Also, the mattress started to sag and there were several flat and soft spots throughout the bed. I moved the mattress and also bought a foam mattress topper but I can still feel the springs and
