The speed in which they respond to incidents is very quick. They also do not charge you for incident response. It's a win-win situation. You get to fix your own issue without paying someone else to do it. I wish there was more information about what the issues are with the firewall so we could better understand how to prevent them from happening again. We did not know what exactly was going on with our firewall. I can't think of anything I dislike about this service, but if I had to find something I would say that it maybe could provide more information about the issues that were happening. I highly recommend this service. If you are looking for a managed firewall service provider, Infosec partners is the way to go. I am able to fix my own issues without having to pay someone else to do it.
