Heaven help you if you encounter problems

Motherboard purchased for reassembly. During the initial setup process, any action related to the BIOS results in an error code and several hours of frustration. Finally, after literally wiping everything, resetting the CMOS a few times, trying to flash the BIOS, etc., it magically started working. Well it worked until next time you don't need to change anything in BIOS. If you have done this or if something has changed, e.g. B. installing the M2 drive, the process has started over. Flashing the BIOS only worked once, the rest of the time it doesn't work. Finally everything worked for a few days and everything seems fine. Then I come home and see a notification that a new BIOS update is available. I like to keep everything updated, but I was scared of reliving that nightmare. Well I moved on and indeed the same thing happened again. It won't work this time, even after hours of trying. It's a giant paperweight. The code it spits out doesn't even let you get into the BIOS. So I decide to contact tech support and I guess they have to send me a new board. Go through all the steps I've already gone through to prove I've done them. Nothing works. At this point, even if it started working, I think I need a new board. A simple BIOS update shouldn't be that incredibly painful. I was then told that after all of this they would contact me within 48 hours and tell me what they could do to help me. It is clear that the board is defective and they admit it. But I have to wait 2 days to see what my options are. let me be clear It's less than 48 hours to get a decision. That's 48 hours to say what options I have. Consultation less than a week. Work with this company at your own risk. They do NOT care about customers. This is a high performance x470 board, a component you would expect to work and if something doesn't work it should be fixed quickly and with minimal inconvenience to the customer. Instead, ASUS can't even figure out what options you have for 2 days. I've literally NEVER experienced anything like this because it seems like a really good way to lose customers. It's literally impossible to argue that they care about the buyer. Ironically, Revain will take the refund and fix it. A company that doesn't make anything feels more responsible to its customers than a company that actually makes a product. Leave it on for a minute. I can get a replacement from Revain within 2 days and have 30 days to return the defective product. Otherwise, Revain will give me a full refund and I can ship the defective product. ASUS doesn't even deny that the board is defective. They openly admit that it is flawed. It only takes you 48 hours to figure out what the appropriate response should be. This is madness. Everyone at ASUS should be ashamed of their company's attitude towards customers. Ironically, MAD CATZ was the last company I did business with that had this policy. Google it for a minute. You're out of business. Are you getting an ASUS message?
