Inaccurate tracking and skin peeling

I work at my desk from 9am to 5pm, ride my bike 10 minutes to and from the office, and spend about an hour and a half between weight training and cardio at the gym. I've been cycling 30 minutes at the gym for a month and never once has the tracker read anywhere near 30 minutes. One thing I couldn't understand was the jump zone. The score will always be in the 2000+ range, and after missing my goal for a month I figured the tracker would understand my daily routine and adjust accordingly. However, the sleep feature kept my attention, even though I was constantly given time to make up for sleep deprivation, I was always told that I was sleeping optimally, which just doesn't make sense. The last two things that made me want to bring this band back are the band itself. Literally every time I would put my hand through the backpack's straps, the strap would come loose and fall to the ground. The metal parts on the strap left my skin dry, red, and scaly. I didn't even notice it for about 3 weeks because the marks were on the outside of my wrist which is not common to check every day. Ultimately I had high hopes for this tracker having bought several Jaybird headphones. , and continue to use them every day. Unfortunately I had to send the group back. If Jaybird changes the design of the group and comes up with better user tracking for different lifestyles, I would try again.
