Nice fan, crappy tech

Nice fan, but smart features suck. I would not recommend downloading and using the modern forms app. Not only is it difficult to pair, but it also constantly collides with the wall switch. Trying to turn on/off or change the speed manually with the wall control will always reset the app's settings. I tried using just the Smart Control app but it showed up as offline/not connected more often. Finally, I just decided to remove the fan from the app and it works fine with just the wall switch, but it sucks that I don't have the convenience of both options.
