This is the first juicer I've ever used or owned. It's very easy to use, looks good, easy to clean. I agree with other reviews that some of the pulp that comes out is rather wet so I've got in the habit of running it through again.Update: I was contacted by customer service because they actually CARED that I wasn't totally satisfied. I just received a brand new juicer from them! It was necessary, yet this company did it anyway - I'm beyond impressed and I guarantee you when I'm ready to buy another small appliance, it will be from them. Highly recommend!
