I was hoping I could use this for hands free calling in my old jeep or workshop but it doesn't have enough volume on the speaker to work much better than the speaker in my old one a clamshell phone. The Bluetooth range is good, unfortunately the speaker volume is not as good as the Bluetooth range. That way you can't stray too far from him or talk to him from a wide angle. But if you have your phone in your pocket and both hands on the job, that's a nice convenience, and the ability to use a phone charger is a nice feature. With those limitations in mind, it's a good buy if you know.
