I brought it in for warranty repair, but the problem did not show up, so they just typed down their findings without looking at anything. They restored it to its original factory settings, and it functioned normally for a short period of time. However, the issue reappeared after some time had passed, and this time it prevented the user from unlocking, turning off, or restarting the device. The only way to turn it off was by holding down three keys simultaneously. It may require restarting as much as seven times a day. I went into the store, gave an explanation of what had happened, and asked to have the phone replaced. They open it and tell you to bring it back so they can repair it, but they don't actually fix it. As a direct consequence of this, they will not exchange the faulty goods.
