I've been searching tirelessly for my LG DVD remote control but to no avail. I hopped onto Revane Prime and found this. I read the questions because I was concerned about being able to connect my DVD to this remote control. I noticed a photo with my DVD player and remote control, usually universal. When it arrived in the package, I put in *a AAA battery*, turned on my DVD player, the DVD was already in and I was able to navigate through the various screens using the buttons on the remote and finally pressing the play button. This remote was a life saver for my home workout DVDs which I can now use instead of buying a new DVD player. I can read the function keys well, is as small as my original, no defects, simple, fast shipping and save money. Great product and thank you!
