I ordered this 13 months ago when I thought my magnifying mirror had died after years of good use. But that's not the case. I only had a problem with the plug adapter. So I used the old mirror for another year before unpacking it today. So if you want something warped like a mirror in a laughing room that's great, otherwise I recommend upgrading to something higher end. Serious. I need a 10x magnet very often because I have a tear duct problem in my right eye so I need to see up close and it's so distorted that I can't see well. Avoid this and spend the necessary money on a correctly built mirror. I shouldn't have saved. My last magnifying mirror was a 1x/8x, cost about $200 and lasted several years. This one is less than half the price and it shows.
