It's great to have a spare charger
One in your pocket, one at home, it really is the only option given how often these batteries need to be charged. I don't know what the problem is, but my Cannon batteries always seem to "bend" over time - like they're being charged. I hope I don't come across it with this new charger. Just plug it in, insert the battery and off you go. After charging, the LED will indicate this.
