UPDATED* You get what you pay for. I don't get mad at them. The packaging is silly and they're wrinkled, but you can tumble dry them or stretch them a little to liven them up. Many of these were sewn together, which annoyed me. The haircut is terrible. But I bought them to comfort me. They do what they have to do. And they're cute, unless someone comes to inspect your hair and see the quality. UPDATE: Amazing customer service! I didn't even contact them because I really want to expect a lot but they emailed me and sent me a brand new set overnight which was in perfect condition! So happy and will order again!
