Teleconverter 2x not included

The lens itself was fine. I need to use it more often to get better as it doesn't have autofocus or image stabilization. It's completely manual. I took a photo of a bird in a tree about 300 +/- feet tall and you could tell it was a bird but not what kind of bird.
