I really like this product. I often use it to brew Jamaica (hibiscus flower) agua fresca. The item feels really solid, it's very easy to clean (I can easily put my hand in my mouth) and it handles the stove really well. I thought the handle would get very hot on the stove, but as long as the flame isn't directly over the handle it stays warm and is easy to take. The included lid is perfect and easy to clean. The lid has two positions, one with a strainer for straining larger tea leaves and the like, and a wide open position. All in all I really like this product and I hope to be able to use it for a long time. UPDATED. After several uses, a crack began to appear in the glass jar, which became longer and longer. I thought it was made of better material but it doesn't seem to be. UPDATED: Since reporting this issue to the company I have had a very pleasant experience with customer service, so much so that I would consider giving them a 5/5 for customer service alone.
