Review on 🌲 Pine Needle Frasier Fir Candle - 6.5 Oz by Thymes: Enhance Your Space with the Essence of Nature by John Brouillard

I was very upset when I opened the package with my THYMES candle. The candle must have been in too warm an environment for an object like a candle, as the wax softened to the point where it melted in the jar and the box it was in. As I bought 3 candles with the same scent I gifted this candle to my friend who commented on how nice the candle smelled when she visited my house. I'm not used to claiming items that may be damaged or broken if bought and shipped blind, but I shop on AMAZON often and very rarely, if ever, do I get something damaged, an incorrect order, or a lost one An order . This was clearly something that could be handled very easily by the shipping department. I am again a very satisfied AMAZON customer and will remain so.
