It Won't Break
A few months ago my bike was stolen and I replaced my little cable lock with this monster. It's heavy, but my new bike is safe. How do I know that this Evolution lock was broken and the lock would not unlock? Panic! But I called Kryptonite support and explained the situation. They advised me to find a locksmith to open it. He pays for the services and sends me a new lock. The locksmith had to use a dremel to cut the lock, which took about 10 minutes and made a lot of noise. The kryptonite came to the locksmith with a new lock and compensation. I'm a believer!
