Bought for my daughter's 2002 4Runner and it works great. I had some reservations about purchasing it because I wasn't sure if it would block the vent. We managed to place it in the middle of the air vent on the passenger side so that it doesn't block the air but looks at her perfectly as a driver. I tried it on my 2006 Hyundai Azera and it works great too. I have the center vents wide apart so if I place it on the passenger side I have to turn my head slightly to see it when using it as a GPS. I currently have a mount that attaches to my dash and is fairly close to the steering wheel so it's a minor adjustment. However, the one on my dashboard creates a blind spot when cornering, forcing me to look around. Even in the sun, this plate heats up and begins to peel off. It used to stick to the windshield but I've always had an issue with the heat causing it to fall off in the summer. I will probably buy another one for my car.
