This is the second printer dock I've ordered.
This is the second printer dock I have ordered and it will not complete the print. The picture got stuck in the printer and when I tried to clean it the printer cartridge foil started to come out through the hole. When I tried to remove the printer cartridge, it would not come out of the machine.
