looks great and irons very well. I like the retractable cord. There are 2 things I really don't like. It looks good including the gray plastic water tank which is very difficult to see. I don't know how much water is in it until it runs out. Another problem: The temperature control is difficult to turn, difficult to see and read. I leave my iron on cotton, which I use more often than the other settings, and just unplug to turn it off. Also, the iron is quite heavy, which may be one reason it irons so well. I will keep it because it irons well.
