No longer satisfied. I'm ironing a shirt that's now ruined. Fabric (I've only been using distilled water since I bought this iron) and it sticks to the fabric and ruins the shirt. Upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that the bottom steam holes are the only ones producing steam. 80 percent of steam holes don't produce steam all the way to the top.

I love this iron. I mainly use it to iron my sheets and they always stay fresh and crisp. I appreciate that there are never water stains from excessive steam ruining my ironing experience. No complaints. Four stars only because there was no pitcher to fill the water tank, which was annoying. Luckily I go to a lot of theater productions and just used one of the plastic cups from the audience to solve this problem. However, it should be an often supplied accessory.

I really don't like the adjustment knob, digital would be better. The retractable cord doesn't always fully retract, sometimes I have to push it in. The steel soleplate is really good and the steam comes out great so I left the iron on. I give three stars for the price. The retractable cord could be better and if the knowledge was digital it would be better. Not enough to return the iron due to the price.

looks great and irons very well. I like the retractable cord. There are 2 things I really don't like. It looks good including the gray plastic water tank which is very difficult to see. I don't know how much water is in it until it runs out. Another problem: The temperature control is difficult to turn, difficult to see and read.
