I work on my legs all day. I hurt my ankle and was in so much pain at work. I am going to physical therapy for my shoulder surgery. My therapist recommended this product to me. Love it. I wish I had bought more than one so I could wash and rotate them. But I just hand wash it overnight and let it air dry so it's fresh the next morning.
