I heard so much talk about weighted blankets from family and co-workers that I bought these. I've found that to really benefit from a weighted blanket, you need to wear the blanket up to your neck. I'm used to keeping my hands out of the ceiling. It's still a bad habit, but if I switch off completely I feel like I sleep better at night. I won't burn under this blanket, even though it's weighted down. if I still have a blanket on it, then it gets hot. Colors can really affect my mood so I tried not to go grey, but everything else about this quilt looked amazing and it is! I was able to match the weighted comforter to one of my larger colored comforters, but since it's a weighted comforter it's VERY awkward to do, even with two people. so MORE FLOWERS PLEASE and I will buy another one :) but I would definitely recommend for a more restful sleep - of course with the blanket pulled up =)
