All is well. There are detection issues when an HDMI cable is connected. I've toggled the switch on and off maybe 4 times and swapped the HDMI cables to make sure the HDMI buttons (PS4 in this case) are limited before she recognizes. The other is the backlight, although that's more of a personal preference. The backlight could not be dimmed, only brightness and contrast. Still works and used it for up to 5-9 hours of video games with no issues.
