I bought this Smart TV along with my PlayStation 4. The package was carefully packed and was satisfied with all protection against damage in transit. The installation guide was very clear and everything was installed in less than 20 minutes. I always vouch for Samsung displays and am very happy with this purchase. The TV can be very bright and the colors are perfectly visible in daylight. The sound is pretty clear. The first time I used it, I noticed Opera's effect on videos caused by the high refresh rate. However, you can turn off Auto Motion Plus in the picture settings. Pros: 1. Easy to install and great display2. A high refresh rate provides a completely different viewing experience3. Decent sound (I recommend Sound Bar) 4. 2 USB ports and 2 HDMI ports (I use them for the bluetooth transmitter and google chromecast) Cons: 1. No built-in bluetooth support (you have to buy a bluetooth transmitter – almost 30 US dollars) 2. The sound output could be better3. Auto Motion Plus can sometimes produce an operatic effect and is enabled by default (can be disabled).
