Dimensions and work are correct. A good replacement for your genuine Toyota/Lexus part.

First owner 2002 RX 300, approx. 225,000 miles. The only issue I found is the lag difference when using the key to unlock the door and open all the windows. The factory switch will delay 1 to 2 seconds if the key is held in the unlock position before all windows roll down. The exchange takes about 1/2 second or less. So if you use the key to unlock and don't want the windows to go down, just move it to the unlock position. I've read other reviews, particularly the 1 star reviews that criticize the product and I'm not sure if they were criticisms. a competitor, or if the car was in an accident, or if the part was fitted by a layman, but I had no problems. I checked the size and operating range of the levers on the derailleur against the factory original and they were identical to within .010", which is very good. The hardest part of installing a Toyota/Lexes door switch is reconnecting the actuator rods. The bars snap easily but are very difficult to reach and manipulate. DO NOT BEND the rods. The measurements are accurate. I passed a small magnet through the door jamb (remove the bushing for the lock cylinder lock nut) and guided the rod tip towards the inside latch. After aligning, reach through the side of the door panel, push the tip into the hole and release the Snap nylon locking collar into place. Factory original, except for the window-down delay, a little too fast. if something like hanger wire or a thin template is used to hack the door opener switch on the door panel.
