It's amazing how quickly my priorities changed before/after the coronavirus pandemic started. A Bluetooth headset used to be a luxury I considered. Since the pandemic began, finding a comfortable headset so I can make Zoom calls and work efficiently from home has become a priority. I have tried several headsets and this one is perfect for my needs! This is a great headset! I really enjoyed it from day one. I mainly use it for Zoom, but I've also used it with my phone to make calls or give hands-free voice commands. It is very comfortable to wear for hours. I want to clarify something I saw in the questions. This is a MONO headset. There is only one speaker and it only sends sound to one ear. This is not a stereo headset (both ears). This is important to note as it means that all of the features will mostly only work with one ear. So it works best if you figure out which ear is your dominant ear and use it on that side (note: it's usually the same side as your dominant hand). Noise canceling is really good! Even when there's something going on around me in the background, people tell me there's no distortion and my voice is clear. In terms of hearing, the speaker is loud enough that I don't have any hearing problems even in noisy environments. I really like the docking station. it is complained so that it can be used in a moving car and will not fall off the dashboard. However, in cases where it is inconvenient to take the docking station with you, it can also be charged directly with the supplied USB cable. There are 3 buttons on the headset and the controls are easy to learn and remember. I am very happy with this headset and will be using it for a long time!
