I had to replace mine on my 2006 Mazda 6s V6 with automatic as the bushings were dead. They were relatively easy to get and replace. As they are slightly thinner than the OEM make sure to measure the distance between the center bushings and try to get the same spacing as the OEM so you don't disturb the alignment too much. (You will need it anyway). They are suitable for both right and left side, it is better to change both sides at the same time while doing this. Be sure to tighten the screw under load, otherwise the bushing may not last long. So far so good after more than 700 km. Let's see how long they last.
