I always do it myself and don't always want to hire a craftsman for everything. I hung a 20lb mirror in about 35 minutes. Time. It took so long because it takes time to get the right measurement, I had to hook the backs so they had to be even. I used a soft tape measure, hammer, leveler. The hooks are of good quality and trust me they really work if you use the hooks properly. I used a hammer for the top hook but the first one went right in. I also bought shelves and they work great. And the hooks went up in 10 seconds. It's like the jack-of-all-trades won't call me anymore unless I really need it. This is a life and money saver!
