Nice big brush with relatively soft bristles to screw under the wings. Works in all vehicles except very low vehicles where it is physically impossible to put a brush over the wheel. The handle of the brush is made of hard plastic with a rubberized coating. It has a high quality finish and is long enough to reach to the end and fully penetrate the interior of the fender from all sides. The bristles should last a long time if you only use them on plastic fender liners, and they wash off dirt fairly easily if you use soap and water on the brush. wash and make your car look better overall. Works especially well on trucks and elevated vehicles where the inside of the fender is more visible.
