Training wheels blocked and loaded, just what I needed. These skates are for beginners and just what the doctor ordered. There is a notice inside that the size is plus size. I ordered eight and a half, I can wear seven and a half if they are wide. They have a large width, so there is plenty of room in the leg area. I will wear thicker socks. They fit perfectly without socks. I have walked around the house on my wooden floors, the wheels are good and stable. It's been at least twenty years since I put on skates, and it's not like riding a bike. I have to be very careful, but these skates are adapted to my skills.
