Revainrating 1 out of 5

(Downgraded: thin vinyl and sharp hooks) Too thin and narrow for modern MTB/BMX wheels

Edited to downgrade the star rating and add info: After only lasting a week, MAYBE 10x biked that Vinyl on the The end of the hook broke and the end of the hook was sharp enough to leave a jagged scratch on my black alloy wheel. BAD bike hook, BAD! You expect it to be over eventually, but you don't expect it to happen in the first week. They REALLY don't expect there to be a sharp metal edge. end of processing. If your bikes are fitted with tires larger than 2125 (classic MTB/BMX size), they may be too narrow to fit easily. We have 2.4 gauge tires and the hooks just don't have enough room and end up flexing. We are replacing some of these with larger Park Tools hooks. If you have road bikes, hybrid bikes, or regular old mountain bikes, you should be fine. The rubber seems to be pretty hard so far.
