The product is worth its price. It's not a cheap feel - the cog parts are heavier than I expected and the inner tubes are glass. However, I'm deducting a star because they can't stand being dropped off the bathroom counter. The product is intended for young children to control the time they spend brushing their teeth, but these timers are not intended for use by children alone. I would buy again if I plan on controlling the timer, but I'd probably look for a plastic alternative that they could use without my supervision.
