Very well built and reliable. Heavy gauge steel (0.070" thick) with dual molded hangers should securely hold the heavy TV. The locking mechanism differs from that shown in the picture. Mine has a locking bar that slides under the bottom edge of the hanger mounts. This is easier and better in my opinion. . The tilt mechanism works well, with adjustment knobs that are easy to get and install. The overall surface finish and edge deburring are excellent. Comes with a variety of mounting hardware and gaskets to fit many TV brands. Falling bolts and wall anchors are also available. This can be overkill for most wall studs. I just used #12 pan head screws (with 1-1/4 in the past) and washers which fit perfectly on my 40 inch Samsung which weighed only 23 pounds. half the price of smaller mounts found at my local Best Buy.
