I ordered these in both sage and navy and have to return them. I wear 9W and ordered 9W. The sandals were a bit longer than I'm used to, but that wasn't the problem. They were too loose, too wide, and the straps really didn't decrease, only increase. I have NEVER had a problem with the shoes I ordered being too wide. It sucks that I have to pay over $10 to return them to a company that makes adjustable shoes that come in a size 9 which is really more like a 9 1/2 and a width W which is more like WW, not adjustable are. width, and all because I trusted their size chart. Despite this, the shoe seems to have good arch support and a comfortable bed - if it fits. Very bad for me. I am not sure if I will order again. Based on some other reviews this seems like a good deal.
