Review on Eurotool Mini Forming Raising Stake by Summer Hendricks

Very poor (not really) customer service regarding defective product

The mini bids in this set are well made and the order arrived on time. However, the mount I received with the set was defective. As you can see from the photos, the hole was cut at a wonky angle so it was crooked when the peg was inserted. This requires you to sit or stand at an angle to use the stakes, which is poor ergonomics and also makes it difficult to mirror both sides of your work. Revain asked me to contact the seller through their website, which I did, but there was no option to add pictures to the message. Because of this, I went to the seller's website and asked for a live chat, which started for me after I entered my name and email address. I described the problem and suggested a solution (so I could send back the faulty holder) and suddenly the chat window became 'unavailable'. I have not received a response from the seller regarding my chat. Also, I have not received a reply to the message I sent to the seller through Revain's website. So I can only assume that the seller thinks it's my problem that a significant part of this set (which costs over $200) is defective. I hope this cautionary tale will make you think twice before spending your hard-earned money on items from this seller.
