After two days of using the device at work, I can hear clearly, but my transmissions are either muffled or completely unreadable after a few words. I work in the security industry so I get embarrassed to say the least when I receive negative feedback from colleagues. I have been using this type of headphone at my work for many years and have had many problems in the past. Although my company does not provide headsets, they are essential to my work! Update: 18/01/2020, received replacement product yesterday (17/01/2020) and used today. In less than two hours of my shift, I noticed that one of the wires had completely disconnected from the connector that connects to the radio. This is the second time in a row that I have had an issue with this product within 24 hours of receipt. My job does not involve physical or environmental stress, so there is no reason this product should fail as quickly or easily. THIS IS COMPLETE GARBAGE AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING! This is the second headset, first from (Commountain) which was not the correct headset shown in the listing and still have not received a refund because I had some sort of problem. that I should return. It gets really annoying, to say the least. I think I get what I paid for.
