The LCD is not waterproof.
After about a year the LCD display has become dewy and the moisture has collected in drops so that you can no longer see what is on it. Not quite set up to be in the elements. It dries out from time to time for you to see. The sound is so-so. Those things aside, it works great and it's nice to have an FM radio for local sports. Maybe buy another one.
