It broke in less than 4 months of use. I really wanted stainless steel instead of glass, and the cord system came undone when I washed the lid. I am a mannequin buying the products of this brand for the second time. The first time the coffee drip system stopped working after a month and I used the machine once a day and cleaned it right away. I decided to buy another model but it broke. Try to use the chat system to buy a part, the chat system is not working. Well I will buy another brand, I know Karen is complaining now too, but the $54 basic coffee maker is overpriced right now.
