Will not work with other memory

My system bus speed is 1333. Currently using a GSKILL 2x2GB PC2-6400 (F2-G400CL5D-4GBPQ). Installed Windows with this memory installed as I had to update the BIOS to see more than 8GB of memory. After I installed the KomputerBay memory, the BIOS recognized all 12GB, but only registered 677MHz, not 800MHz. Windows stopped loading. BOOO. So I'm only working with 8 GB at the moment. Maybe it's because GSKILL doesn't work on PC2-6300? I do not know. I moved the memory to other slots but the BIOS didn't boot at all. There must be a limitation with the motherboard or something. upset.
