Oh, TUOSHI, TUOSHI, TUOSHI. How shall I put it? The networking product I ordered from them took longer to arrive than it did for the dinosaurs to become extinct, I'm fairly sure. But honestly, I didn't have anything more important to do than wait around for a package that might or might not arrive. And when it did eventually come, it was broken! Oh delight. So I got in touch with TUOSHI's customer support department, which reportedly works nonstop. Even though they responded quickly, they were regrettably slow to address the issue. It took numerous calls and emails over several weeks to eventually get a replacement. And the substitute? You got right. It had flaws as well! I'm beginning to wonder if TUOSHI should take a nap and return when they're a little more rested and prepared to offer useful products. But hey, TUOSHI might be the shop for you if you enjoy lengthy lines and subpar goods.
