At first glance, the apparel sold by Enmain Company could seem enticing; nevertheless, a deeper inspection exposes low-quality fabrics that are not up to the standards expected by customers. As a product manager, I have received a great number of complaints from unsatisfied consumers who have purchased items that broke after only a few uses. These customers were disappointed since the products they had purchased were not durable. The reality of the company's products does not live up to the claims that they use high-quality components in their manufacturing process. Customers have complained that the stitching and craftsmanship are poor, which causes the clothes to quickly lose its color and shape. In addition, the customer service offered by Enmain Company leaves a great deal to be desired. Customers who attempted to return things that were defective were met with support personnel that were unresponsive and excessive wait times. The disappointment caused by getting garments of poor quality was further compounded by the lack of help provided. Because of all of these problems, clients have stopped putting their faith in Enmain Company and have sworn to stop doing business with them altogether as a result. If the company wants to win back the confidence of their clientele, it is patently obvious that they must upgrade to products of higher quality and enhance the level of service they provide to their clientele. Customers have an unfavorable image of Enmain Company as a whole due to the low quality of the items they receive and the weak customer service they receive. In my capacity as a product manager, I am unable to endorse their clothing as an option for consumers looking for durable and skillfully constructed garments.
