
It's actually better than I thought. I have 3 intensity levels and have found that I use level 2 in the morning just after waking up and alternate between 4 modes (stretching, twisting, energizing etc.) and then use the 3rd and hardest level in the afternoon and evening. Without a massage since March, this has proven to be very helpful. As a potential bonus for you, it looks like he makes one regularly. . . .if you know what i suggest.I am thinking of buying it for my sister and her husband for Christmas.!
